Russ Fairbanks

Pastor Russ is an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene who received an undergraduate degree in business from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He holds a Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary and a Master of Ministry from MVNU.

He has been in ministry for 27 years. He has been a lead pastor for 20 years and youth pastor for seven years. Russ has served as MJN’s lead pastor for the past 11 years. Russ and Kelly have been married for 23 years and have three children: London, Noah, and Madison. Kelly is a nurse practitioner.
